Bels Article Depository Has been shut down!

  I had to shut the site down due to miss use by authors - Posting articles with headlines / titles with  off topic articles.

The site will remain closed till I can figure out how to get more control of the submitting and commenting of the articles. I'm sorry for this, but it must be done.
